| Scout handbooks should be updated at least once a month with the Troop Advancement Coordinator (Committee Member, Jeff Richter) |

| Scoutmaster conferences: |
| Scout to First Class rank can be conducted by an Assistant Scout Master |
| Star through Eagle rank must be conducted by the Scoutmaster, Kevin Gaughan |
|
| Board of Review: |
| Should be arranged with the Troop Advancement Coordinator (Committee Member, Jeff Richter) at least two weeks before a COH. |
|
| Merit Badges |
| Some Merit Badges will be offered during Troop Meetings or Activities |
| For other Merit Badges please speak to SM Kevin Gaughan for the name of a Merit Badge Counselor |
